Fennel head,

I don't think you would see ssilax on food site because it really isn't consumed by humans in the US,Birds love the berries however.
Smilax is more of a problem then a benifet.It propagates it's self with runners and seeds and is very desroctive to many fruit harvast like peaches and blueberries

I call smilax cat briar or green briar.

i live in Argentina, could you tell me something more aboute this "smilax", do you know how to spell it in Spanish??in which country grows??
