  • Hello I found this recipe for spoonable brigadeiros. I have made the delicious Brazilian truffles before. I want to try the ones that when made are a little softer and you can place in little jars, bowls or whatever and eat with a spoon. I found this recipe online and I translated it to english.
  • I do not understand what 100gr of fresh cream is. I have seen in the store heavy cream next to milk
  • is this what the recipe calls for but instead of heavy cream just look for cream as in example: coffee creamer, evaporated milk. Thanks for the help.

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 100gr fresh cream
  • 1. Bring to the fire these 3 ingredients until the point of peeling off the bottom of the pan.
  • 2. Turn off the heat and add the fresh cream.
  • 3. Place in small bowls, top with granulated chocolate and spoon
