Hello:

I am looking for a good software program that will do several things and haven't had any luck thus far. I want it to do costing, adjust yield, calculate nutritional information and print labels. Does such a beast exist?

I've never used it before, only heard about it, but I think ChefTec has what you need. I think they have different levels and I'm pretty sure it is pricey. I'm sure a google search for ChefTec would turn it up.

I would tend to agree.... Chef Tec is the way to go. Just know its a long set up process and yearly software updates equal $$$$$

Star Chef

www.starchef.net Compass Group uses a version of this called Webtrition. Very easy to learn and user friendly. I find their program better than Chef Tec, especially the reports function and the interfacing with your POS and vendor ordering programs.
