I'm a wok cook at P.F. Chang's,Chinese bistro, and have been there for about 3 weeks now and my hands have been in so much pain lately to the point that they are starting to lock up. Does anybody know anything that could help me?

Are you moisturizing? I wash my hands so much that I usually have to put some lotion on a couple of times a day. Especially if I'm working under the heat lamps a lot that day.
