Haven't been satisfied in the past with trying to source Atlantic Bonito from NYC purveyors. I'm toying around with future summer menu items in my head and was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of some wholesale fresh Atlantic Bonito. Anyone know what the going price per pound is during Bonito season?
