Hello fellow chefs. I'm in charge of the kitchen while head chef is away and I'm using this forum to fish for ideas to put up on the specials board for friday, bit late but I totally didn't realise this special day was right around the corner. So yeah anyone out there have any good ideas for an Irish special? Or even just an aspect of their food to put on the plate?
