Help! I have a client with a child who has a severe peanut & tree nut allergy. She has asked me to make his confirmation cake and I am having a hard time locating chocolate and / or cocoa butter that is certified peanut/tree nut free. Could anyone provide and info? I would greatly appreciate it.
