As I recall that was the bacon for Karen's omelet. She has a different approach to bacon than I do. I made my omelet earlier, with my own garlic bacon on the side.

And sad to say I have just a wee bit of it left. Here it is with my tomatoes coming on strong, and I'm going to have to use store bought bacon for the next week or two for my BLTs, as I do not have a slab curing at the moment.  Sigh.

Thank you Someday. I knew that, even if it's late in my life, the society would finally recognize my obvious talents.

There're more outstanding video clips to come. My inspiration just began to blossom.
