Hi

I'm 37 years old and from the south of England. I've been a fan of quality restaurants for many years, and while not exclusively those of Michelin style grandeur, that ilk of restaurant has become a hobby with my new website: www.thymusgland.net

My aim is to accrue as much knowledge as possible, from all angles of the business, and so form rounded sensible opinions. Until we speak....Happy cooking :chef: , and happy eating. :lips:
