I don't know what "ultimate " or "best" really mean, but this has worked for me...

I used to adore my Peugeot grinders until I came across this ceramic grinder.

The grain size selection is more manual than Peugeot but it also gives you a wider range of sizes.
But the best part that makes me love it the most is that stuff comes out of this grinder in a super wide radius, so you can get a very even coverage without having to move the grinder around too much.
