vegetatrian cake recipe

I have a challenging request from a friend in the hotel business. What I am searching for is either a recipe for a "vegetarian" wedding cake or a website or pastry shop that would prepare such a request. Granted I have very few details about just exactly to what extent vegetarian encompases in this matter. But anyone who has information and can point me in the right direction would be helpful.
