1) What brand do you recommend for a High  Temp Dishmachine Detergent and Rinse Aid?

2) Looking online Noble Dishmachine Chemicals are a lot cheaper than big name brand. Has anyone use this brand before?

We're dealing with liquids here--easily dilutable with water. There is no real concentration level that detergents should have. This is why so many chemical companies insist they "adjust" your machine before you switch over to their brand. Stick with a brand your local broadliner carries, and get it delivered for free with your food
