I am cooking at school and I have decided to make salmon coulibiac the only problem is, that it looks too plain on its own so I looked around on the internet to get some ideas but have found nothing. could anybody give me some good suggestion please (also the theme is Christmas based).

Had to look that one up. Since it already has pastry, filled with rice or some other grain you only need to accompany this with a vegetable side dish that could be a salad or a cooked veg. Think seasonally so spinach and other dark leafy greens would go well.
