Can anyone tell me if there is a guide or manual needed for a new food business. I use a shared use kitchen and was told by the manager I needed to write out our food processing procedures. You know, how we process each product, including but not limited to our food safety procedures, what to do in case of a fire etc. Is there a template for this, have anyone heard of this. The booklet or binder is to be kept in the kitchen for all employees to read and review. Any assistance is appreciated.
