hello so guys quick question when we bath a foam in liquid nitrogen (20 seconds ) and take it out . what is the shelf life of the cryogenically frozen foam . lets take meringue for an exampl

Your question depends greatly on how you hold it after you put it in liquid nitrogen. Being a foam I could not imagine it holding "well" for more than a few hours.
