Good day to everyone, /img/vbsmilies/smilies/smile.gif

I have a really big dilemma. I'm from Czech Republic,16 year old, first grade. Now I'm studying at High school - College of Gastronomy. My specialization in this school is pastry. I competed in Gastro Junior - Bidvest Cup 2015 - 2nd place. Now I'm participating in Callebaut Cup 2015. I really love making pastries. But what to do after I graduate? There is just 2 year left to finish college. Yeah.. I will have my certificate that I'm patissier and couple of diploms that I won some competition. But is it enought?

I'm serious about pastry so I don't mind to travel around the world to gain some experince. But should I do some culinary school like Le Cordon Blue, Hector-Jimenez Bravo academy, Le Notre Ecolé etc. to have good status as patissier? Or my pastry certificate from college and those diploms from competitions are enough to be succesful patissier? What is the highest degree for patissier and how to get it?

Thank you very much for help! /img/vbsmilies/smilies/smile.gif
