If any of you have been following the thread under Cooking Tips - Risotto you'll have noticed a slight deviation in the topic. Somehow the subject became chef eating habits. So I pose this question to all chefs (and yes, I know it's been asked a million times). What things cant you live without in your home fridge or pantry? Beer, wine, and liquor don't count!!!!
I would never be without mustard (2-4 kinds), pickles, some kind of sausage, hot sauce, pasta, sourkraut, and cheese.
