Who I am..
Hi, I am Lauren, from The Fillo Factory, in Northvale, NJ, USA. I found this forum while following a thread about fillo. After reading the thread, I thought it would be good to join here to offer any help or fend off any questions related to fillo, fillo cooking, baking etc.
I am the Creative Media Manager at the Fillo Factory and write for our blog, post/develop interesting recipes, develop packaging, and photograph our products. I spend a lot of time in our test-kitchen. Feel free to ask any questions related to what I do, and the company. I will answer as best I can. Hope to hear from you!
