Does anybody use or have a definitive guide for pairing wine with food? Has anybody gone through a 'pro-oriented' wine class? Lately my client has put on some demands for well suited wines for food and I find myself recommending the same pours, over and over.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, as always.

Thanks. I do, already, involve my liquor purveyors... and they are a great resource. I just want to have a little autonomy and not rely on those guys so much. I will check around for the book. Thanks for the input!
