Hi everyone! I'm new to this board (been lurking for quite a while). I love to cook - especially bake. I am currently a school baker/cook but I love it for the most part - anytime I'm in the kitchen I'm happy. I intend to open a bakery/deli in my town ASAP. I've been to bakery auctions and have purchased equipment for my someday soon dream. There is a donut shop for sale that I am considering. I never really thought about doing donuts, but I'm interested. I mostly want to do breads, cinnamon rolls, biscotti, rugulah, bagels, pretzels and then the deli sandwiches/panini with a soup of the day kind of thing for the lunch crowd. Anyway, I hope to get to know ya'll and share common thoughts.
