i am the head chef/owner of a famous as well as notorious fish restaurant in holland (brasserie de vluchthaven Bib Gourmand Guide Michelin)

famous for the quality of the food,notorious for the obstinate way of working and thinking

its situated directly on the waterfront

i serve a small menu with solely fish,lobster and shell fish caught in the estuary in front of me

i work 99 % organic,100 % honest

its not rocket science what i am doing but as basic as it is ,i am still surprised how off it is for most chefs

i rarely work with professional chefs, i mostly train them myself

read: dishwashers making there way to the kitchen

the restaurant is open 6/7 months a year,starting end of march with the opening of the lobster season

i am looking for someone who wants to be inspired and who wants to know everything what there is to know about

fish,shellfish,seaweed etc

job is for only 6 months,payment is according to age and experience
