I am looking for recommendations on a good quality oregano hardy to zone 5.

I used to have a Kaliteri Oregano I'd bring in over the winter, but it didn't do to well and it was a hassle. Great flavor though. I also had a generic Oregano that survived outside for two years, then died. Flavor didn't compare.

Culinary oregano is not as winter hardy as the purple flowered O.vulgare, but it will survive in zone 5 if grown in full sun with good drainage.

It often seeds itself, making lots of nice small plants for the spring.

Richters is where I bought my last oregano. I use them for most things herbal. I haven't dug through their catalog lately though.
