I'm 26 years old. I have like a dream to open my own café in Czech Republic by the next year. My café it will be like coffee & cheesecake. So I don’t want to open my café & just mange it! I want to open it & work in the same time in my café!



So I said for myself I think I will have like a course in pastry in France or Italy. Yeah I haven’t been make sweet or cakes but I'm guy with good expert in cheesecake (try many kinds). I cook sometimes for my friends & wasn’t bad. But now I'm in Dilemma I couldn’t find especial course in cheesecake just the pastry course.



So I need a suggestion from the professional about that? About the school for cooking? And for someone like me who haven’t make any cakes its easy for him after the course to make many types of cheesecakes?!

To be successful in any kind of business it is always good to know everything about the products you want to sell.

A pastry course most likely will be just fine for you and you will be better off knowing more than just how to make cheesecakes. Why do you feel you have to go to a school in  France or Italy ? Austria would be much closer to home for you ,and I am sure you can learn there as much as you need to know.

Yeah that's what I believe. Really its the key of success  

mm I see..  So the pastry course it will be fine for me & work in my situation. 

About France or Italy it will be easy to find school in English also I choose these 2 countries because you know they have 

a long history about cooking. I never think about Austria but your right it will be close for to Czech & that's good for me 

but I try to look up in the internet about cooking school in Austria but really couldn't find anything ! 

I'm afraid that all the school in German.. So is there any recommendation school in Austria?
