how to make the MINI BURGER???

At first I was thinking something like white castle... but I did some research and found this link... included is a recipe I hope you find helpful.

I use a plantain press to make the burgers. They are round, not square, but they come out consistant.
When I prepare the raw ground meat, I moisten it with a bit of beer.
I pan fry them in a tiny bit of beef suet.
