I'm definitely a noob at cooking, but I've decided to try my hand at it all. However, I want to buy everything I cook so I know what's going into it. One thing that I'm having trouble with is buying the meat. I am currently living in China, so when I go to the butcher, outside of inquiring as to the type of meat being sold (which is usually fairly easy to discover without asking), I can't really say "is this a tenderloin"? I have little experience with selecting cuts, , and I know they are fairly important, so does anyone have a suggested connection to a link that has pictures so I can study them and recognize them next time I go in, or could you just post some pics yourself?
