Hi Guys. I own a cafe here in Falmouth, Cornwall where we have a strong reputation for our in-house cakes. We've decided to expand our cake baking and have taken on a unit to set up as a stand alone bakery. We've not had the luxury of a dedicated cake baking oven previously and I'm therefore not sure what to buy. Looking for advice regarding purchasing an electric medium size oven suitable for cakes and bread. We have 3phase available. Any advice would be very much appreciated. TIA
